Lesson Cancellations – All lesson types
If for any reason you’d like to cancel or change your lesson please let us know at least 48 hours before so we may rearrange your lesson. If 48 hours notice is not given, then you will be charged for the lesson Or the test cancellation.
Health And Safety
For health and safety reasons we don’t allow any additional people in the car while giving lessons.
Pre-paid: Block Bookings, Intensive Course
The full fee must be paid in advance.
All lessons must be used within 3 months or they become void and non-refundable.
5 and 10 hours of pre-paid lessons are non-refundable.
20, 30, 45 hours, and 5-day pre-paid lessons – 50% refundable (plus £65 cancellation admin fee).
Driving Test
121 Driving School has the final say on whether a pupil is ready to take the driving test, and whether the driving school car can be used.
